Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies to paid programme seats and private appointments with Keen Archway Field Limited.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Keen Archway Field Limited for Strategy Labs, Foundations Workshops, Signal Circle blocks, and private chart sessions. Informational website browsing incurs no charge.
Timeframe for cancellation by you
Cancel in writing to info@keen-archwayfield.click at least seven full days before a group lab or workshop start time for a full refund of the seat fee. Cancellations between six days and forty-eight hours before start receive a fifty percent refund. Inside forty-eight hours, fees are non-refundable unless we successfully fill your seat from the waitlist.
Private sessions
Private appointments may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Later cancellations forfeit the session fee. Four-packs remain valid for three months from purchase; unused sessions after that window are not refundable.
Deposits
When a deposit is requested to hold a Strategy Lab seat, it is applied to the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable within seven days of the lab date, mirroring the cancellation schedule above.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior written notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is issued for no-shows.
Work already started and materials
Once a lab or workshop has begun, fees for that day are non-refundable. Printed workbooks and personal rule sheets already issued remain yours; their production cost is not separately refunded.
Signal Circle blocks
Four-week Signal Circle fees may be refunded pro rata for unused future evenings if you cancel before the second evening, less an administrative amount of HK$200. After the second evening, the block is non-refundable.
Cancellations by us
If Keen Archway Field cancels a date, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another published date at no extra charge.
Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions
We may offer discretionary goodwill adjustments for documented medical emergencies. This policy does not cover third-party travel, lodging, or broker costs.
